- Qualify & engage with startups and define key areas to add value.
- Perform investment due diligence.
We help startups (primarily Seed to Series B) on:
- Growth
- Review current sales & marketing processes to identify key steps to improve and localise product offerings.
- Conduct market entry analysis and expansion feasibility studies.
- Execute strategy with the team (where necessary).
- Fundraising
- Review fundraising deck and outline fundraising strategy.
- Establish target investors list and connect.
